Discover the Best Yoga Mat for Your Practice

If you're tired of bruising your spine on hardwood flooring or slipping on carpets and tiles, look no further than our yoga mats. Whether you're in downward dog, virasana, cat, cobra or even warrior, you can enjoy plenty of cushioning no matter the pose. Choose from a range of thicknesses to suit the type of yoga you most enjoy practising. Look for 3mm workout mats for more dynamic yoga so you can still feel grounded during flows and 6mm or more for supreme comfort during slower-paced hatha yoga, back work and meditation.

An underside with added grip means you can smoothly transition into a variety of movements without fear of slipping. We know how important it is to be able to firmly plant your hands and feet on the mat and maintain stability as you balance, which is why we’ve got FSC-certified rubber and textured options available. Plus, our mats stand up to the rigours of hot yoga, high-impact HIIT and weight sessions, even as you sweat. And when it needs a clean? As well as being simple to wipe down, some of our yoga mats come with an antimicrobial additive to help prevent mould and mildew for optimum hygiene and a top layer to absorb moisture. With that in mind, you won’t need to worry about any odour following you out the door post-exercise.
