Train harder and stay comfortable in our collection of running gear for women. Whether you prefer something lighter for the summer or warm full-length leggings for the cooler months, our choice of running bottoms includes shorts, leggings, and trousers to suit everyone. From a session on the treadmill to an early-morning park run, lululemon has everything you need to stay comfy, look amazing, and train smarter.

Short and long

Every runner is different. That’s why our collection of running gear for women includes a variety of running and workout bottoms. If you prefer the feel of the breeze on your knees, our running shorts for women offer the coverage you want, with both figure-hugging Lycra® shorts and loose-fitting options. For women who want to cover up during a run on a chilly morning, women’s running trousers include full-length jogging bottoms that keep your muscles warm to prevent cramping. And if you prefer a lighter-than-air feel, our women's running leggings use the latest fabric technology for a second-skin sensation.

Shorts that pass the ‘Squat test’

Can your running shorts pass the ‘squat test’? That’s when you drop down into a squat, and your shorts stay in position rather than bunching up. Our running shorts for women are specifically designed with this in mind, which is why we use ultra-light materials like Nulux™. With a four-way stretch, gossamer-light feel and added Lycra® fibre for stretch and shape retention, these high-tech shorts feel sleek, look chic, and perform at their peak.

Is all of your women’s running gear breathable?

Yes. We’ve made sure that everything, including our running trousers for women, our shorts, and our running tights and leggings, is made with breathable material so you stay cooler for longer. The sweat-wicking properties keep moisture away from your skin for a more pleasant feel, too.

How do I take care of my running gear?

All our activewear is easy care. Simply pop your leggings, shorts, or running trousers into the washing machine on a cold cycle with mild detergent, then air-dry or tumble on low. All our gear comes with full care instructions so you can wear, wash, and repeat as often as you want.
